Researched and booked a place in Lima, got some Peruvian currency, and had one last Colombian dinner.

Full day tour to town of Guatape and other surrounding municipalities of Medellin.

Tried to sleep as much as I could today. Colombians stay out so late it’s crazy.

Explored different neighborhoods and downtown Medellin via bike. Going on a bar and club hop tonight.

Explored the neighborhood, tried some good food, and learned the basics of salsa.

A travel day from Santa Marta to Medellin where I will stay for the next 6 days in the neighborhood of El Poblado.

Rained all day… so took the day off from my clearly busy schedule.

This post is both for Oct 23 and 24. A memorable hike to the Quebrada Valencia Waterfall and a lot of reflection.

Traveled to nearby town of Buritaca also along the cost to enjoy their beach and explore where the river meets the ocean.

Post for Oct 20 and 21. Arrived and explored the “Recuerdos del Tayrona” hostel and surrounding area.
